See it move

Ninety seconds, end to end

Plot → Massing

Import the boundary, apply the rules, watch the first viable option build itself. Everything you see stays editable.

The whole development

Everything under
the building, too

A tower is the visible part of a much larger problem. ArchiMass models the podium, the parking, the basements and the ground they all sit in — because that is where feasibility is usually won or lost.

Global by design

One design engine.
Every rulebook.

Geometry is universal; regulation is not. ArchiMass separates the two, so the same design engine runs in Mumbai, Karachi, Dhaka, Colombo, Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Kuwait City, Manama, Muscat, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Jakarta — with a local planning layer supplying the rules that city actually enforces.

jurisdictions live. Each one reads its own instrument — UDCPR, RAJUK, URA, MOMRAH, Pergub DKI — and speaks its own vocabulary: FSI, FAR, plot ratio, GPR, KLB.

Layer 01

Design engine

Geometry, massing, floor plates, cores, parking and terrain. Identical everywhere — this is the part that never needs rewriting for a new market.

Layer 02

Planning rule engine

Setbacks, coverage, plot ratio, height control, parking ratios and open-space rules, supplied per city. Pluggable — new jurisdictions attach rather than fork the product.

Layer 03

Local practice layer

Typical unit mixes, core standards, structural grids and conventions architects in that market actually use — because compliance and practice are not the same thing.

ArchiMass provides design intelligence, not regulatory approval. Always verify outputs against the planning authority having jurisdiction.

Who it is for

Built for architects first

Architects

Test more ideas before committing to one. Arrive at the client meeting with five defensible schemes instead of one rushed option.

Architecture studios

Give juniors a feasibility answer in an afternoon, and seniors more time on the part of the work that needs judgement.

Developers

Understand what a site can actually carry — in buildings and units, not only in area — before the land decision is made.

Urban designers & masterplanners

Study density, grain and open space across multiple plots with consistent rules applied.

Design consultants

Produce options and comparisons fast enough to be part of the conversation, not a week behind it.

Students

Explore massing, unit mix and circulation logic in 3D while you learn why they matter.

Real estate development teams

Share a live model instead of a static PDF, and change an assumption without restarting the study.

Everyone else in the room

Engineers, planners and investors see the same model — with the same numbers attached to it.

ArchiMass is an agentic AI design environment for architects. It runs in the browser around a real-time 3D model. You give design intent and parameters; AI agents generate, analyse, modify and optimise the architectural massing — and you stay in control of every decision.
A calculator returns a number; a viewer displays geometry. ArchiMass tests whether a mass is architecturally practical — whether the plate carries a viable apartment mix, whether cores, stairs, lifts and travel distances work, how many parking levels the development needs, and how the building meets the terrain.
Planning rules differ by country and city, so regulatory logic is a pluggable layer rather than something hard-coded into the geometry engine. The same design engine runs everywhere; a local rule engine supplies setbacks, height limits, coverage, plot ratio and parking ratios for each active jurisdiction. The published list is controlled from the ArchiMass administration dashboard. ArchiMass provides design intelligence, not regulatory approval.
No — the product is built on the opposite principle. AI handles iteration; the architect makes the decisions. Every generated option is fully editable and nothing is committed to the model without your action.
Yes. Every block, floor plate, core and parametric element stays directly editable. Drag a façade, change a floor count, swap an apartment mix, or fork any AI option into your own scheme.
No. ArchiMass runs in a modern browser on WebGL. Projects live in the cloud, so a study started on a studio workstation opens on a laptop on site.
Arena is the global gallery where ArchiMass users can publish the massing studies and design experiments they create, browse by city, country and typology, and later fork an approach onto their own site. Publishing is always opt-in.
Intelligent 3D massing, buildable-area studies and multiple options are the focus of the first release. Agentic AI now supports design conversations in its own workspace. Voice-driven design editing remains on the roadmap.
